Instructions
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix with a tasting spoon.
Application
In a large fry pan, heat 15 mL of olive oil to medium.
Add 300 g of mixed vegetables and saute until a light golden brown colour has been achieved.
Add the prepared breakfast sauce to the vegetables and saute for an additional 3 min. Serve immediately. Enjoy heartily!
Storage
Store the remaining sauce in a resealable container for up to 3 months in the fridge.
